A radiator is connected to the heating system of the home and as the name would suggest, radiates heat into your rooms to keep your home warm. Inside the metal casing of the radiator, a network of pipes carry hot water, allowing the heat to warm the air around the radiator, heating the room. Radiators can be used connected to a number of home heating methods including a gas boiler, and air source heat pump, a ground source heat pump, or a district heating network.
In homes using Sero technology we advise that you do not adjust the heat in your rooms using the radiator dial or TVR, this could disrupt the flow of heat around your home as set in your schedule.
