The battery reset is simple to do if you follow these instructions:
The battery has three colour lights, either
- Blue which means its working fine
- Orange, which means the WiFi is disconnected
- Red which means its not working
Red or Orange Light actions
- At the top of your battery, on the right hand side, there are two (sometimes only 1) switches. The one on the front looks like a circuit breaker, the one on the back is labelled F1 – Please turn both off
- Go to your consumer unit (fuse board) and turn the circuit breaker off, which is labelled Battery
- Wait 2 Minutes
- Turn it all back on in the opposite order (i.e. turn on the fuse board 1st and then the battery switches)
- Wait to see what colour light displays
- Blue all should be OK now, but should it go Red or Orange again in the next couple of days, then you should call the aftercare team of the developer
- Red or Orange then you should call the aftercare team of the developer
