To calculate your monthly payment, we divide your predicted annual cost by 12 to get equal monthly instalments. This means in the winter, when typically you will be using the most energy, you will build up debit that is paid off in the summer- when most customers use the least energy. We do expect you to have debit at certain points of the year. If you are worried about having a debit balance, you can make a one off payment.
We run a payment review every 3 months to work out if the debit balance is expected and to make sure your monthly payment is enough. If you would like to discuss your account at any time please contact us.
