Of course, it’s your home! There’s no need for you to leave your home whilst the assessor is carrying out their checks.
We just ask that you allow them the space and access required for the survey. We do ask that if there are any children in the home, that an adult over 18 years is also present and that any pets are kept out of the way whilst the survey is taking place.
